Outlaw f2’s are single-seat, rear-wheel drive oval racing machines, running a power plant of the Ford 2ltr Pinto or 2ltr Zetec engines.
This is a full-contact formula, with ironwork designed to move & push opponents out of the way in order to race for position.
Racing is in an anti-clockwise direction usually over 12-15 lap heats with 20+ lap finals. various championships will see an increase to the racelength.
Low-scoring drivers will start at the front, and experienced drivers will start further back followed by the superstars at the rear of the grid, some over 3/4 lap behind.
The grades are novice (black cross), white, yellow, blue, red and superstars.
Racing takes place on tarmac, shale & dirt venues around the UK.
